You will be far more successful marketing your books if you market them with joy. Have fun.
Do what you love. If you don’t like doing something in marketing your books, don’t do it. Find someone who loves doing that, and hire them. Or simply don’t do it.
You are always better off doing things that bring you joy. And bring joy to others.
