According to a study published in Spirituality in Clinical Practice, the practice of gratitude was linked to better moods and better sleep patterns.

After two months, patients who kept gratitude journals (where they recorded three things they were grateful each day) also showed improvements in inflammation and heart rate.

As the lead researcher noted, “A more grateful heart is indeed a more healthy heart.”

So now you have one more reason to say thanks every day. Find someone, at least one someone, to thank each day.
