Mobile Marketing Stat of the Day
LinkedIn expects that 50% of its user traffic will come via mobile by the end of 2014.
LinkedIn now has 300 million registered users, a jump from 277 million members at the beginning of the year.
LinkedIn and Slideshare, which the company bought in 2012, combined for an average of 187 million unique monthly visitors in the fourth quarter of 2013.
LinkedIn is growing, and the company plans to continue doing so with mobile as a focus.
LinkedIn already receives more than 50% of its traffic via mobile from countries like Costa Rica, Malaysia, Singapore, and the UK.

If you haven’t yet become active on LinkedIn, now is a good time to start.
For two reasons:
1. Because LinkedIn has many more active members and is still growing.
2. Because LinkedIn has finally committed to a strong mobile presence.
That means both a growing active user base as well as users who will respond to immediate offers more quickly.
