11 Secrets to Working with Difficult People

Here are a few of the secrets to working with difficult people that were shared by some of Hollywood’s most powerful women:

Pretend to take an important call.

Adopt a no assholes policy (don’t work with them).

Be honest with the nightmare people.

Remind yourself that you fall into that category.

Be humorous. And gossip.

Patience & wine. Drink a little tequila.

Do a lot of meditation.

Have empathy and a belief in karma.
