I read once that the ancient Egyptians had 50 words for sand and the Eskimos had a 100 words for snow.
I wish I had a 1,000 words for love, but all that comes to mind is the way you move against me while you sleep, and there are no words for that.
Are you ever at a loss for words when you are writing? It can happen when you are writing a novel, writing a poem, writing a sales letter, writing a news release, writing a blog post, even when posting a Facebook post or pinning a pin.
You may not always be able to find the perfect word, but if you can tell a good story, perfect words don’t matter. Like the story in the graphic here: No perfect word for love, but a story of how one person moves against another while sleeping. Now, that’s love.
And there are no words for that.
But there are a million such stories. Even 7.4 billion such stories.
Tell just one.
